See when we got on board the cruise ship we ran into all kinds of problems, I spoke with guest services and got no where except insulted! I called Jeff very upset and he got on it! Later that afternoon, almost everything had been fixed and the rest of the cruise the staff went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing trip. Even delivered champagne, wine, candies and a special delivery for Bash! If I had booked direct I wouldn't have had Jeff's help and I doubt anything would've been done! I will always book all my travel with Jeff and his company! Thanks again for saving our trip!!
